Configured this way, a show appealing to employers and sponsors for their educational value and demonstrative, commercial and social interest. The quality of the sample and parallel activities that revolve around the agri-food has a major promotional effort to publicize the products not only in our region or province, but throughout Aragon, this is an event of great importanceDesk, in which more than 5,000 people attending.

The operation of the sample is as follows, takes place on Saturday lunch and dinner, and Sunday lunch only. The public buys some bonds with tickets and can buy pasta dishes as the main course, pizza and fideuá (or similar), along with other products like jamóny sausages, cheese, wine ... and sweets. In total there are six chefs, who each perform a different recipe for lunch or dinner, to be coordinated to avoid duplication and provide a wider variety. In total, last year over 2,000 were served pasta dishes.

From the point of view of communication goal is to give the show a greater dimension, a relevance that goes beyond local or regional framework to strengthen regional achieved so far during the five previous years.
